DIRECTIONS TO SYNOD OFFICE

Note:  Our address is 100 Edgewood, NE, but you may see street signs that say "SE".  Please disregard the apparent discrepancy. Our building is known as the Woodruff or United Way building.

DRIVING

From the North:
Take 1-75 or 1-85 south to downtown Atlanta.  Exit at Courtland/GA State (Exit 249A).  Bear right on Courtland (one way), and stay in the right lane.  At Auburn Avenue, turn right.  The parking lot entrance is about 50 yards on the left. *NOTE: Evenings after 4 pm and on weekends, the Auburn Avenue entrance is closed - you must enter on the other side of the parking garage. Rather than turning right on Auburn, cross over Auburn Avenue and take the next right into Lynch's Alley, a cobblestone street that runs between our parking garage and our office building. Entrance to the deck will be on your right.

From the South (airport):
Take 1-75 or 1-85 north to downtown Atlanta.  Continue past the junction for 1-20, and exit at Edgewood/Auburn Avenue (Exit 248B).  Cross over Edgewood Avenue. Turn left onto Auburn Avenue.  After crossing Courtland Avenue, the parking lot entrance is about 50 yards on the left.  *NOTE: Evenings after 4 pm and on weekends, the Auburn Avenue entrance is closed - you must enter on the other side of the parking garage.  Instead of crossing Courtland, take a  left on Courtland and take the next right into Lynch's Alley, a cobblestone street that runs between our parking garage and our office building. Entrance to deck will be on your right

After parking, take elevator down to plaza level. (If you bring your parking ticket along, we can save you some money by validating it, parking is free on weekends only.) Cross the cobblestone area & enter the building.  Go to the set of elevators for floors 10-18. We are on the 16th floor, Suite 1600.

MARTA

Taking MARTA then walking to the synod office: Take the Northbound train to "5 Points". Exit the train, follow the signs to the Peachtree Street exit and take a left. You will reach Edgewood in 2 blocks. Turn right on Edgewood, we are 3 blocks down on the left. 

Taking MARTA then the bus: Take the Northbound train to "5 Points". Exit the train, follow the signs to the Forsyth/Alabama exit. Cross the street to the corner of Alabama & Broad. Catch the #3 bus there and get off at Auburn/Peachtree Center. Exit the bus, cross Peachtree Center. Turn right, and walk half a block. Turn left at the cobblestone drive. The office building is on your right.
